“HOW TO WIN AWARDS” WITH SARAH ALI CHOUDHURY
October 4, 2018
INFLUENTIAL WOMAN OF THE YEAR 2018
October 11, 2018
Sarah is a dynamo, she has been an amazing ambassador for Venus, due to her involvement we saw a huge increase in applications for the Venus Awars. She has a large, heavily engaged, online following. She consistently champions worthy causes and is a pleasure to work with.

I feel privileged to know her and am looking forward to working with her in the future to make even more of a difference in the world.

Tara Howard - Founder & CEO Venus Awards

Without Sarah’s help I would not have become a finalist for the Venus Sustainability Award. Her experience in winning awards and encouragement to take credit for the work I have done, has really helped me to realise my potential and improve my self confidence to attract new clients.

Kelly Levell - COO We Do Re Do
I run an online community for mums in business called Making Mumpreneurs, and Sarah kindly nominated me for Influential Woman of The Year for the Venus Awards. I was so touched at the time but to be honest didn't think it would go much further! To reach the semi finals and then most recently the finals has given me a huge boost in confidence, but not only that, I feel like people are taking me more seriously now. I think winning awards is great for boosting visibility and profile, and it's something that all small business owners should be putting themselves up for.

Erin Thomas Wong - Founder, Making Mumpreneurs
Sarah has advised and inspired me in every aspect of my business, but she also nominated me for the Young Achievers Award at the Dorset Ethnic Minority Awards (DEMA)

I was lucky enough to win this award, which has given me the confidence and platform to grow as a business and individual.

Olivia Demetriou - Make Up Artist
When I first met with Sarah I remember her distinctly saying that “the only way to be successful is to help others”. True to her word, I was hugely flattered when I discovered that I had been nominated for a Venus Award by Sarah. Sarah had recognised my grit and determination to grow my health and well-being business whilst raising my very young family. She totally understands my passion to make a difference and has offered immense encouragement every step of the way.

Being recognised and nominated by such an influential and respected business woman is an incredible feeling. It has opened lots of doors for me to elevate my business to a whole new level for which I am hugely thankful for. I am truly privileged to have her as a proactive business mentor who really believes in my commitment to making a difference. Thank you for everything Sarah!

Charlotte Lock - The Bournemouth Wrap Girl
Sarah has been a fantastic team player, she is a natural leader and has an amazing communication skillset. A lady with charisma, confidence and focus, Sarah has been a blessing with her absolutely fantastic attitude and drive to achieve the highest standards. Sarah was pinnacle in decision making and program design. Without her huge database of connections, we may not have had some of the people we had at DEMA2018.

She is quick to think on her feet and is able to think outside the box in high stress situations. Sarah has also shown a passion for excellence as a Positive role model in the community with a huge following. Sarah is DEMA's currently the only and Juror to Hold a Venus Award for the most Influential woman of the year. Working with Sarah has been overly positive and beneficial to DEMA as excelled in all challenges that we faced. She is so easy to work with and is willing to go the extra mile sometimes in the opposite direction of her own plans, just to ensure a task is completed on time. Sarah Has actually been very influential in getting the Entire ethnic Minority Community involved in the DEMA on the mainstream and is now one of the most recognised Faces of #DEMA2018. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Sarah Ai Choudhury.
