Sarah believes that there is a serious shortage of asian women in the Indian catering industry and is using her skills and talent to initiate some massive plans to undergo evolutionary work amongst the asian cultural system to encourage and empower which strikes a chord currently in relation to the serious staff shortage occurring in the industry due to the change in immigration laws. Sarah believes that we don't need to change the immigration rules but we need to change the behaviour and attitude of the men and the women of our culture and society to encourage more women to work and be more independent while helping the men of our catering industry out of the current employment and immigration crisis.
